We know wio as a great friend, a father, the sexy portable, de lange neuze and also a – yes! – singer songwriter of lo-fi popsongs. The Mountain Goats and Lou Barlow are his greatest fans, he has been asked to release a record on EMI and Thurston moore has all his tapes but despite all this attention Wio seldomly plays live or records solo anymore. That’s why we were so excited when Ovil Bianca handed us a live recording of a show Wio did in September 2002 in Liège.
