Mote Slave

We allready knew Mote are heroes in stealing cover artwork from other bands (remember their Spiderland ripoff for the "Small Horses" cassette?), but their new demo "Slave to the Drone" really takes this practice to a whole new level. Shame on you guys!

Qeeun - The Rimacle

The Dyslictecs are back! The new cd by this Portables side-project hit the shelves of your favourite music store early this morning! "The Rimacle" is the long awaited follow-up to the Dyslictecs debut "Say Ny Mane". This new record continues the tradition started on that first album, and is filled with 12 great new hard-to-sing-along-tracks which have promising titles such as "Gadio Ra Ra", "Hobeniam Sadropy" and "I Twan Bo Frake Bree".

hairy styrofoam

Spinning on repeat on our iPod is the new pre-release album by styrofoam on Morr music (at jj records in January 2006). At first I thought releasing a complete album full of flute remixes of styrofoam originals was a bad idea but boy, was I wrong. Styrofoam must be the berdien stenberg of avant-hop, the james last of the postal service generation! With collaborations from mathrock friends death cab for cutie and the the go-find’s dieter, who proves to be quite a spectacular (bulgarian) arse-flute player.
