de portables inc. today announced that it has filed a lawsuit in Belgium for the Flemish District of Belgium against Humo magazine, seeking to prevent Humo from deliberately not publishing an interview that should have appeared in the magazine four years ago.

In the contract we signed at the time with Sanoma Publishing, the company that publishes Humo, it was cleary stipulated that if the interview would not be published by April 15th, 2008, a fine of 15.000 euros would be demanded from Sanoma.

With this lawsuit, for which we have hired the best Harvard professor of Law and specialist in Lazy interview rights Ben Depoorter to support our case pro deo.
